These terms govern use of the ThreadDue Gmail add-on. Last updated: 3 September 2026.
Using ThreadDue
ThreadDue is a private-beta productivity tool that identifies sent Gmail conversations that may be awaiting a reply and can prepare an editable follow-up draft. You are responsible for reviewing every result and draft before acting on it.
Your account and authorization
You must use an account you are authorized to access and keep your Google Account secure. You control ThreadDue’s Gmail authorization and can revoke it through your Google Account settings.
Acceptable use
You may not use ThreadDue to violate law, another person’s rights, Google’s policies or the security of any service. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service or use generated drafts for spam or deceptive communication.
Beta availability
The service is provided as a beta and may change, pause or stop. Features may contain errors, and results can be incomplete or incorrect. ThreadDue does not guarantee delivery, replies, business outcomes or continuous availability.
Email responsibility
ThreadDue does not send email automatically. You remain solely responsible for the content, recipients and timing of any message you choose to send from Gmail.
Privacy
How the add-on accesses and handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ThreadDue is provided “as is” without warranties. The operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the beta. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending use
You may stop using ThreadDue at any time by uninstalling the add-on and revoking access. Access may be suspended where necessary for security, legal compliance or abuse prevention.
